Had a lovely experience here today. I came in with a broken necklace. It was fixed within 15 minutes. The associates were so nice they also polished my ring free of charge. I really appreciated the service and will definitely be back. But beware, the security is FIERCE and will approach you (see photos)

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an excellent experience with Charles and the team at Platinum & Gold Jewelers in Murfreesboro. I brought in my vintage 18K Rolex Day-Date with a broken stem/crown and was naturally very careful about who I trusted with a watch of this age and value. Charles took the time to inspect it, explain what was needed, communicate with me throughout the process, and provide an estimate before proceeding. The watch received a complete overhaul along with the necessary repairs, and when I picked it up, I was extremely pleased with the result. It looks beautiful, runs properly, and the workmanship exceeded my expectations. What impressed me most was the personal service and communication. Charles also took the time to research my Rolex reference and serial number and provide helpful information about the watch. Finding someone you can trust with a valuable vintage watch is not easy. I am so excited to discover a place that actually has amazing ability and integrity. They fixed a watch that four other jewelers had refused to touch and even though the cost of fixing it escalated beyond their estimate, they honored the original estimate. Their prices are more than reasonable, and the customer service was top-notch. They also fixed a ring that two other jewelers had refused to touch. I can’t recommend this place enough.
